This curriculum was developed by SPARK in collaboration with its international partners and partners in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The core framework of the curriculum was established by Peter Knoope, with significant contributions from organisations such as the Human Security Collective (HSE), AVT-L, and Sparda.

The curriculum was further strengthened through the active involvement of educators, who provided multiple rounds of feedback and practical insights that helped refine the “Practical Guide to Designing a Referral System.” Their contributions ensured that the guide is both contextually relevant and practically applicable for educators working in the region.
