To create innovative spaces for youth, the NOC2 programme has established three Youth Hubs in Ranya, Halabja, and Chamchamal in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NLMFA). In partnership with the Sparda Organisation, these hubs offer vocational training, collaboration, and idea exchange for young people. Their primary goal is to empower 1,000 youth through capacity-building sessions, equipping them with skills for personal and professional growth.
