The NOC II Career Connect
It is a strategic evolution of the Networks of Change Program mission to maximize the impact and build a resilient community. Through rigorous monitoring, we celebrated a major milestone that NOC II has empowered over 1,000 young people across Ranya, Halabja, and Chamchamal with high-level competencies in entrepreneurship, digital skills, and leadership. Our adaptive management identified one final, critical step: the need for a structured pathway from the training venue to the real workplace.
To meet this challenge, we have launched a highly selective, paid internship program to bridge the gap between training and employment.
Program at a Glance: Summer 2026
Duration: 3 Months (June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
Commitment: 30 Hours per week
Location: Halabja, Ranya, and Chamchamal
Support: Monthly stipends of 300,000 IQD will be provided to the interns.
Certification: Graduates receive an official Certificate of Completion.
Application Window: April 15, 2026 – April 29, 2026
