It is a strategic evolution of the Networks of Change Program mission to maximize the impact and build a resilient community. Through rigorous monitoring, we celebrated a major milestone that NOC II has empowered over 1,000 young people across Ranya, Halabja, and Chamchamal with high-level competencies in entrepreneurship, digital skills, and leadership. Our adaptive management identified one final, critical step: the need for a structured pathway from the training venue to the real workplace.<\/p>

To meet this challenge, we have launched a highly selective, paid internship program to bridge the gap between training and employment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Duration:<\/b><\/span> 3 Months (June 1, 2026 \u2013 August 31, 2026)
Commitment:<\/b><\/span> 30 Hours per week
Location:<\/b> <\/span>Halabja, Ranya, and Chamchamal
Support:<\/b><\/span> Monthly stipends of 300,000 IQD will be provided to the interns.
Certification:<\/b><\/span> Graduates receive an official Certificate of Completion.
