Empowering Youth for Safer Communities

The Networks of Change (NoC) programme is a youth-focused initiative designed to prevent violent extremism by building local leadership, promoting dialogue, and empowering communities from within. Through strategic pillars—Educators, Youth Campaigners, and Local Committees—we create safe spaces, raise awareness, and strengthen the support systems that keep young people engaged, informed, and resilient. We believe that real change starts at the local level, with the people closest to the challenge leading the way forward.

Networks of Change

Youth at the Centre

NoC puts young people at the heart of its mission. Whether they’re leading awareness campaigns, participating in emotional resilience workshops, or engaging in dialogue with policymakers, youth are not just beneficiaries—they are drivers of change. We provide the tools, training, and platforms for them to shape their own narratives, challenge harmful ideologies, and take ownership of their futures.

Local Solutions for Lasting Impact

Every community is unique—and so are its challenges. That’s why NoC strengthens local structures such as schools, community centres, and youth committees. From building referral systems for early intervention to training educators and forming local PVE committees, we take a tailored approach that empowers those on the ground to lead sustainable, long-term change. Our work is rooted in trust, collaboration, and the belief that prevention begins at home.
